The Epping Lions ClubThe Epping Lions Club was chartered in April of 2009 with help from the Exeter Lions Club, who acted as our “Guiding Lions”, helping us to form our club and follow Lions Club Interna- tional rules.
Our initial Charter includes 32 community members and we meet on a monthly basis to dis- cuss ways in which we can better our community. We all take time out of our already-busy lives to volunteer to help those less fortunate. The more members we have, means more local residents receiving much-needed help they could not afford on their own.

We partner with 80 local farmers and artisans – most within 10 mile of our store – to provide fresh local produce, meats, eggs, dairy, groceries, baked goods, and delicious grab & go meals.
We care about our community and give back by supporting local farmers and merchants and offering free events and classes.
We also donate all our profit and 5% of our sales to Kensington’s beautiful Sawyer Park. As of October 2014, our customers have helped us donate $44,983 to Sawyer Park, a wonderful place for kids and families.
Come visit us at the Farm Market, bring the kids and meet our goats and pigs or relax with a scone and coffee, or lunch in Angela’s Cafe. Everyone is welcome!

Though the Historical Society was founded in 1870, this museum was constructed in 1971-1972 through the generosity of the late Sceva Speare, a prominent local business man. It was named in honor of his wife, Florence Hyde Speare.
The museum contains a wealth of information regarding Nashua’s origin, its evolution into a mill town in the 1800’s, its continued growth as a city, and as a leading manufacturing and technological center.
Ever changing exhibits bring alive scenes of other era’s, complete with authentic costuming, furnishings and accessories.
The Florence H. Speare Museum houses the Frank B. Clancy Research Library and features exhibits depicting various aspects of historic Nashua.
